Privacy policy
This website is operated by WithinWorks Leadership L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E. (“we”). We respect your privacy and collect as little personal information as we can.
What we collect
This site does not use cookies or advertising trackers. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits; it is cookie-free, does not identify you and only gives us anonymous totals such as which pages are read and which country or device visits come from. We only receive personal information when you choose to contact us: by email, by WhatsApp, or by booking a call through Calendly. That information is usually your name, email address, phone number and whatever you choose to tell us.
How we use it
We use it only to reply to you, arrange and deliver coaching, and keep the records a coaching practice needs. We never sell it or share it for marketing. What you share in coaching conversations is treated as confidential.
Services we rely on
Bookings are handled by Calendly, messages by WhatsApp and email, and payments (when offered) by Stripe. The site is hosted by Vercel, whose servers keep standard technical logs such as IP addresses for security, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by UAE law.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law. Email megha@meghabhalla.com and we will respond promptly.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, for example by adding online payments, we will update this page and the date above.
